MELVITA APICOSMA ULTRA NOURISHING SKIN CREAM || SKIN BLOSSOM REVIVING EYE CREAM || MOOGOOD ROSEHIP OIL || BURT'S BEES TINTED LIP BALM, HONEYSUCKLE I'm quite a stickler to green brands for my skincare. It's not just because I'm ingredients mad, but if I can support companies doing the good and green thing then they have my heart. While I'm more yolo with my makeup, I definitely love green beauty in general. Lately these four have really shown their chops especially with my dire winter skin. Melvita is a French skincare brand (double win) and their Nourishing Apicosma Skin Cream is a beaute. It has such a gorgeous honey smell and is quite a lovely hydrator for something not uber buttery thick. To amp it up even more, I mix in some rosehip oil, something I've been doing with my day cream too since my skin is ridic at the moment. It's not the thickest of oils so it makes for a great booster for moisturisers. The Skin Blossom Reviving Eye Cream has been a huge surprise and if you're looking for a good budget eye cream, this is it. It feels cooling on the eyes and it really feels like you've just hit your skin with some extra moisture. A repurchase is definitely on the cards. Lastly is a lip product love, what?! I was no lip product lover, give me an eyeshadow any day, but the Burts Bees Tinted Lip Balm has been a game changer. I have to credit it's incredible creamy texture that makes me realise why plump and hydrated lips feels so good. I know, I sound like an ogre but it was once on my cbf list. Glad to report that things have changed! I have it in the colour Honeysuckle which is a tint of peachy nude that builds lightly as you apply more. Definitely stocking up on these in other colours when I'm in the States!
