this week's most loved #3

[20/07/2014]
My copy of Sophia Amoruso's #Girlboss came this week and I love it. Just looking at the cover makes me want to work hard. It's got a funny effect on me when I read it - on one hand I want to keep reading to hear what she has to say, on the other I get so motivated I feel like putting the book down and get shit done. The irony kills me. Continuing with my health kick I started making smoothies with the Sunbeam Blender and Go and it bloomin rocks. Tanya Burr's green shake has been my favourite so far, but it's been so good to inject good stuff into the diet and I can take it with me to work too. The big trick is add chia seeds to everything, you can't taste it and it's so damned healthy! On the beauty front, good ol' Rosehip Oil is back on my radar as my skin has been annoying dry. It's not the heaviest of oils out there but that means it mixes really well with moisturisers giving them an extra hit of moisture and glow which I adore again. Lastly I must add another Korean drama to my watched list and it's the endearing and well-worth-the-hype Coffee Prince. The last few EPs had me and my tissues going as it's so nice to have a series spend time on feel good moments as opposed to ongoing conflict and overt drama. Yoon Eun Hye is just my fave girl and the way it handled homosexuality is pretty applaudable considering it is a Korean drama and is 7 years old now. Fave moment? Han Kyul singing into the phone on the rooftop, *faints*.
