I'm not gonna lie, my life is in all sorts right now. I'm not super settled with lifey type things (pray I get there soon!) so I thought I would share some little things that have brightened up my week..
Music: London Grammar
These guys are getting big and I really thing they're on the cusp of really making it. It took me a little while to really love Hannah's voice but now I'm obsessed. I think that's when it's so good, it takes your mind a little while to realise its brilliance. It just shows how interesting and different it is compared to your current world/mindset. Her voice is just beautiful and it actually sounds different to the singing voices you normally hear. Their overall sound and production is really beautiful too, so pure but interesting. So inspired. Btw I saw this in a comment and I can't help but giggle and agree - doesn't Dan look like he would be a Jonas Brother? Heehee.
Buy: Iphone Cover.
Best decision ever. Okay, major exaggeration but I've lived with a slightly too big penguin cover for my iphone which I originally bought because it was bright pink and for a non-pink person, meant that it'd be easy to find and hard to lose. Big mistake, it was a few mm too long so I often when rummaging through my bag I would just find the cover, sans phones. Panic. I finally bought this lil guy off Asos and it's so soft, makes my phone look huge and it fits. Rave about $7 purchase over.
Book/Inspiration: Tina Fey, Bossypants
I finally got round to reading this after being shoved over the line by Essiebutton's mention. Tina Fey, so fricken hilarious, smart and get-real kinda girl. She clearly is a talented writer and comedian and I'm so excited to curl up with this next to a bag of chips after I'm done with this post and keep reading it! Female Comedians Rule. GG.
